Total Commission: All of the revenue derived from services provided is paid to the cosmetologist performing said services. In this arrangement, the cosmetologist pays a rental fee or a "chair fee" for the usage of salon facilities.

Hourly: Strictly hourly wage; client tips are pooled and distributed evenly amongst all beauty professionals working in the salon. Many corporate and small chains are trending toward this compensation structure, for it promotes a more controlled product by ensuring that employees are responsible for following company standards and policies.

Tips: Cosmetologists often make a considerable portion of their income from client tips.

Product Sales: Usually a commission is given on retail products sold, regardless of compensatory structure.

I realize that I am hating u until I can't stand seeing ur face because u hurts me with the deepest cut. I have been in love before but u still here along with my past. The history I could never forget. The memory that could never make me laugh again. I hurted because I love u with all my heart. I even be stupid just because of you. Time will heal me, but never my past. I hate because u r such a betrayal. To our love. I take time to be alone but it abandoned me yet thinking about us. Ohhh..memory..please go away. I've been hurt and I can't stand crying anymore while you are happy with ur new love.

Presence of a new love in my life is such a wonderful thing I keep waiting to be mine forever. Please don't hurt me, my love.

:: How Can This Really Happen ? ::

Since I last blogged in for the past days, I feel so damn lazy to write..yeah..I admit that I do have tons of works to be settling down at the office. I always went back home late and I have a plenty of time at night to jot down a few words here,but every time I logged in, my mood suddenly blown away and I end up staring at the blank page...poor me..

Last week, I dream of my old friend. I was at the lake with my boyfriend and I saw a man crying nearby the lake. Since I recognized him, I walk over and luckily he was my old friend ! As I stepping towards him, I suddenly wake up from my dream.

Thinking that something bad might happen to him, I give him a call. Actually, I am not keep in touch with him since I broke up with my ex for some years. Since he was my ex best friend, I decided not to make things more complicated and stop myself from have a contact with him.

That morning, he pick up my call. Initially, he can't recognized my voice but later than I introduce myself, then he screaming out loud on the phone ! Zasssss..nana ke? Where have you been ?

We have an endless conversation. My first question to him, hey buddy..is anything alright with you ? I was so shocked this morning I dreamt of you crying you know..who is bullying u ahh my fren ? Our stories goes around from he's telling about our friends in Penang..he also have moved out from the house..breaks up...job's offer..bla bla bla..and finally he said..Nana..you know what..since you last break up with botak, we end up our friendship there. Nonstop. He asked me did I contact my ex since that day..and I said not at all.

Initially he thinks that I might be recover back with botak but after he said that botak already engaged to someone else, he's not asking more from me. He mentioned that he thought that both of me and botak already get married. I said that luckily I'm not that poor lady, haha. How do I feel about the engagement ? Good for them. I would say more in my next entry. Haha.

Later on, the bad things happen. I was taking a shower so sudden my bf asking me who is keep calling me but not talking on the phone? Are you cheating on my back my dear? With a blurry face, I take back my phone from him and see the number. Then I explain to him..my dear..this is Rizal la. He doubt me, if it just a plain call, why he can't talk to me? Why he had to hung up the call? So, to make him clear, I text Rizal asking why he was not talking while my bf picked up his call. He replied, I don't like this attitude..other person pick up another person's hp. Oh my god, what was he's thinking ? Nape tetibe cakap mcm ni plak aih ?

Hmm..with a bad anger, my bf call him. Who the hell are you to doubt me? Rizal replied with such a..I don't know how to describe here..I know her more than you know her..she's the type not to let other person to grab her call..not to let anyone take control of her..by the way who are you to asking me who I am ? They hung up the call.

Since that incident, I don't have a good feeling. The half side of me, I love my bf so much, but the other half of me, I am missing such a good friend like Rizal.

:: Mystery Revealed ::

Morning !!

After I've going through the investigation, finally I know that the 'ghost' who did visit me last week was one of the previous owners of this company. We rented this building 4 months ago. I traced about him from the bills we received. Before us there was 3 companies stayed in the same building. Due to the lack of business market, they closed the operations. ( maybe the 'ghost' was so frustated until he couldn't left this bulding - i think i don't need to explain further more about this..am I right? )

According to the decorations here, the building had been renovated tremendously and I believe the 'ghost' had put all his efforts to build this beautiful yet elegant office. Poor him.

Now only I can say that we appreciate a lot for what you had done to this company and I will look through this company time by time. ( I believe that 'the ghost' is really hoping we take a good care of this place).
